Incorrect. Only the Foxconn Quantum Force boards had 3 slots. The stock Intel board and the low-end Gigabytes had 4 slots, which served some brief confusion, and all the rest had 6 slots.

I'm thinking can you somehow finagle Dark Knight Heatsink in a way that it doesn't obstruct the RAMs, so you don't have to replace your entire heatsink every time you replace RAM?

I think it's about time to stop with the "56k warning" stuff. Sure there are like 20 or so people out out there that still have dial-up but I doubt any that come here to OCN.

Ahhh, looks to be a great replacement for my 1366. Hopefully Intel gives this socket a bit more life, although I expect Ivy Bridge will be another CPU that can easily be dominant for 5 years.
