You see, when I'm talking about a quality 450W power supply, I'm talking about a continuous rated unit. A 450W continuous-rated 450W power supply is very likely to have a larger capacity than a 500W peak-rated unit as well as an ability to deliver power that is very clean and stable.

However, I don't know what online stores you can order from in Slovakia. Can you help?
Well the main store is www.agem.sk
or www.hej.sk

Oooo wait a second! They have a 550W Antec TruePower New:

http://www.agem.sk/?cmd=tovar_detail&product=14285704

This PSU is better than the TX650 "V2" you were looking at, plus it's partially modular. Delicious.

I feel like this is still on topic, so Ill share. I am sure you know the danger of wanting to "future proof". I did that... and I have had my rig for a number of months and not touched the internals! If you have specific plans to upgrade, great, but future proofing is such a funny thing when it comes to PSUs. ON the bright side, there is a club here for overkill PSUs, and thats kind of a status thing

Can you stretch the budget in order to get this 550W Antec TruePower New? If not, then the next best PSU on their site seems to be the TX650 "V2" that you were looking at.
