and what should i use for max load pc?

Most of your 12v draw will come from the GPUs, as you have two of them. I'd suggest prime and some kind of 3d load (far cry 2 demo loop, for example). Set up the DVOM for an idle reading, and then watch the voltage as you start up your load apps. if you see it stay below 11.5 for an extended period, I would take issue with that.

Keep in mind that many power supplies spec 10% regulation (although most good ones are now in the 3-5% range), and 12*.1=1.2v, 12-1.2=10.8v. I would put it to you that if your voltage stays under 11v while running continuous load, you could consider an upgrade.

Before that occurs though, I would like to see what data you gather.

Also affecting voltage drop is load on cables themselves. If you were running both GPUs on 4-6 pin adapters all on the same wire, you would definitely see voltage drop and heating of the wire. I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt that you have not wired it up like this:

Please let us know if you have.

so that seems oke right?

and my gps have both 1 line with 2 connectors
and i loled @ image but maybe mine isnt that much better then that

I was referring to the wiring inside the PC, with that pic as an analogy.

if your voltage stays at 12V at all times (barring the +/- .03v), then your PSU seems to be getting the job done no problem.

ATX specs 5% regulation for the +12V (11.4V - 12.6V). Most decent power supplies do 1% to 3%, or better.

I'm pretty sure I've seen a max 10% transient for the 12vdc line, but I'll buy 5%.
