430 will be fine on your system, but is expensive for the performance. It's not a great card.

5670 is the highest performing card that will be relatively safe with your current kit.

450 will likely work, but will be pushing it a little closer to the edge.

Same with a 5750 - the choice between this & a 450 is largely down to price.

A 5770 is a step too far really, and will almost certainly give you issues on an aging 300W OEM supply.

Can't spell it out more clearly than that. You have to make the decision.
