about to order a rasa kit. decisions.

Is there that big of a difference between the rs 240 and rs 360 strictly for cpu cooling?

Im reading around and i hear that you can 1/2 inch tubing so its better flow?

Where can i buy the 1/2 inch tubing?

Also how would i power it? Is my psu strong enough?

The difference between the 240 and 360 with just a cpu is very minimal.

Youll be more than fine with a 240.

You can buy 1/2 tubing from anywhere.

sidewindercomputers.com
koolertek.com
performancepcs.com

I prefer primochill.

To power the pump all you need is a 4pin molex which every psu has.
Dont require a lot of watts at all.

You might consider the swiftech 360 rad as it cools as good as some thick rads. Which is going to be alot better than the rs 360.

a 240 is fine for the cpu only but instead of the RS get the swiftech 240, its only a bit more and performs similarly to an rx 240, while its still a thin rad.

To be honest you might as well drive over to best buy and buy a h50 for 40 bucks.

It's good but at this juncture I'd think about getting the biggest rad you can fit. Would a 360 fit in your case? What always ends up happening is ppl enjoy watercooling so much they want to cool more stuff. A 360 will let you add more blocks to it. A 240 will have no headroom.

You don't need extra tubing with the xspc kit cuz it comes with tubing. In 6 months time, you'll need to flush the loop, regular maintenance so you can swap to new 1/2in tubing then. Check Amazon for primochill, its 16.25 there.
