Booting problem on new rigg

Thread Starter
So i recently made my self my first "gaming rig" Its specs:
I7 960
MSI x58 gd65
12gm ddr3 crosair XMS3 1333Mhz
EVGA GTX550ti
Coolmaster V8
HecZypher 750w PSU
Thermal take Armor A60
The problem i am having is everything gets power and all fans/lights go on. The CPU power led's on the mobo light up as well as Gfx leds. How ever, It does not post. Is this most likely a ram problem or what? I have tried clearing cmos, using one RAM stick and have made sure i used the right RAM slots.
if you possibly know what could be wrong, i would very much appreciate your advice!
Thanks!

Double check all your connections and if everything is connected correctly then I would take everything out of the case and lay it on a wood table or card board box. Connect it all back up then see if it will post then. Only hook up the minimum that you need to post.

It could just be the GPU or the cable from the GPU to the monitor or the monitor.

Did you use timm when you installed the V8?

Are you sure that you did not bend any of the pins in the CPU socket?
