What AMD CPU won't bottleneck two 6970s? - Page 4

My 1100T is at 4GHz and it still bottlenecks my two 5870s. Run 3dmark11 and check GPU load during the combined test. Mine only get to ~75% with a modest OC(900/1250).

If I were buying today I'd get the 1100t as they are better binned and only a few dollars more. You might get a few more Mhz outta an 1100t.

I avg 150 fps at 1080p in most games, BFBC2, Dirt3, etc.

If that's a bottleneck, i can live with it. ;-)
oh really?!?!' show proof of that !!!
