Run at high settings @ 1080p w/ stable 120hz. Mainly for TF2.

Budget is under 100$, needs to run cool and quiet (for my sig rig)

Get that used HD4890 for $75 in the market!

That thing will wail on all sorts of games at 1080p!

EDIT - it looks like it is pending now, but here is a 5770 for $90

Your best bet is a used 4890 or GTX 285. There is a 285 selling for $100 on the forum.

those run way to hot for my tastes... My CPU idles at 40c because of the heat coming from my 9800gtx+

alright, my budget can be raised to 300$ if needed (would prefer to save for car). I'm not looking got 99999 fps in TF2, just stable 120fps. I know it can run well on my 9800gtx+, so what will be the cooler equivalent?
