At Embedded world CompuLab presented on the NVIDIA booth their brand new ultra Thin-Client Nettop based on NVIDIA Tegra 2 and ARM Cortex A9 Dual-Core processor technology. This ultra thin PC is not only well manufactured, but it provides also a full-range of I/O connectors.

Thought this was cool. Its good that Nvidia are taking there chips past the mobile market. You can buy one now if you want but they recommend that you wait till they're software matures, although i could see this running boxee as it can run on arm. Also the Boxee box runs on a tegra 2 aswell (http://www.boxee.tv).

That's awesome. I wonder how 1080p video playback is on that in the mkv and mp4 containers. Could this function as an htpc via stream from a file server on your own network?

I wouldn't doubt it could. Seems like a perfect playback device.
