What is the "BEAST/BEST" 1155 MB? - Page 2

P67 mobo is just fine. if using SSD stick to intel controlers not marvel, my mistake your gain.

Raiding SSD, can be a bad choice, i have mine raided (Raid 0), lets just say as soon as the vertex 3 has a price drop my 2 ssd will be flung out the window.

I should have setup my OS on one ssd and apps on the other.

As my sig rig says, gigabyte UD7 all the way.
All of what i have stated is from my personal use.

He is using 2 ssds, so he is more than likely raiding them, and they are probably more than 60gb each. He also may have multiple graphic cards for back ups. Z68 is no benafit for him.

To answer the question though, I would pick the UD7 or the Maximus, both great boards (wishes i could afford)

Also EVGA now has 2 P67 boards, it is only a week old.. so you would have to do some searching for reviews.

Maximus IV , is the best LGA1155 mobo .

But since you really like Gigabyte and dont have more than a 2WAY SLI setup .. well then the P67A-UD7 is probably a better choice.
