difference between gigabyte ud3h, ud4. ...

Thread Starter
hey guys, so i decided to go with i5 2500k, cooling it with corsair h50/h60/h70, w.e's cheaper. as well as with 4gb Gskill 1600 cas9 ram and WD Black 750 64mb, GTX 560 Ti MSI TFII and i want the new z68 for one reason, and that is the ssd caching featrue which will be awesome when i get some 60gb ssd. anyways, im looking at some motherboards, and i want something in the 175$ range, found this
http://ncix.com/products/?sku=61002&...cture=Gigabyte

but theres diff UD versions, and i dont get the difference or if it will impact my 4.5ghz OC or gaming performance. also do you recommend any better mobos under 200$? (z68 preferably)

UD4 version - http://ncix.com/products/?sku=61001&...cture=Gigabyte
i saww some ud7 and ud5 i think too
Thanks in advance

EDIT: ALSO what is the vrm phase, and is it the more the better? for 4.5ghz is 8 or 12 good?

The difference (I believe) is in power phases and number of connections in the I/O
