No. There are 3x more control IC's along the "bottom" of your pic..1x near the SB, and 2x near the 2nd RAM slot..other than that I see only the ISL IC for CPU..

My advice would be to probe the mosfet legs looking for the voltages you set in BIOS.. the control IC for the mosfets will be 1x of the 8x pin IC's I have mentioned. See what you can find..

See the pic above, of the ES2C?
The 8105 is the 8 legged IC to the right of the 24-pin. Below the other one, which is the VDIMM IC.

Do I probe from the Bottom?
EDIT: Let me word that better..the 'fets are the 3 legged pieces soldered to the boards, and the blocks are the chokes, so I measure the two OUTSIDE legs or the middle with the outside legs. Correct?

measure the 2x outer legs of the mosfets.. 1x side is input and will be much higher than the other ...chokes you can measure either side...doesnt matter.
