Dell Sent Me Another Malfuntioning Product

I am so tired of getting junk products from Dell. I'm on my third refurbished U3011 and it has issues as well (see my issue history below). What do you guys think I should do? I really want to ask for a refund because this getting really ridiculous and unacceptable, but I am past the 21 days that I can return it. I think they should still give me a refund because of all the issues I've had. Should I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Is there a number I can call to talk to a higher up person at Dell who will help me with this insanity? I'm also considering asking them to give me a 50% refund and let me keep monitor #2 (its issue is minor in comparison to the others and I haven't sent it back to Dell yet), but I'd prefer a refund.

Issue History:
#1 U3011 (REV: A00): Had intermittent horizontal lines on the screen.
#2 U3011 (REV: A02): The menu button would randomly light up by itself.
#3 U3011 (REV: A02): The first DVI port doesn't work and the second one works but the monitor goes blank for a second if I tilt the screen.

That will never happen. Just ask for a full refund first. Btw, what number are you using to ask for the refund?

Your probably right, I had to pull my hair out just for them to give me 10% refund for a coupon I could have used. For my third replacement I tried to convince the tech support guy to send me a brand new monitor but he wouldn't do it (said the system wouldn't allow him). Well, I did live chat for the last monitor so I might do that again. With phone tech support I would keep getting transferred a couple times till I finally got a person to help me. Their phone tech support is a nightmare. Here is a phone number I was given after one of my calls: 1-800-456-3355. It's not the one I used but I can't remember the one I used. No matter the number I call I still seem to get transferred a million times.

Dell's QC seems a bit off lately. We bought three new computers at work from Dell and two of them were defective. One was really slow and randomly blue-screened all the time, the other randomly hard-freezes.

Did you originally buy refurb? You might have a better chance at just keep going through the RMA thing. Some people on Hard are in the same situation as you, on the 3 or 4 RMA. I might return my U3011 for the zr30w but i'm scared of the whole process.

That's really bad. For their refurbished department they don't seem to test enough, that or the U3011 is easily broken in shipment.

Yes, I originally bought a refurb for $899 at the Dell Outlet. Do they actually send a refurb as a replacement for defective new monitors, that is unacceptable to me if they do.

Edit: Oops, sorry for the double post.

I believe they only send refurbs for new purchases after 21 days from the invoice.
