SB and NB temp with i7 950

I o have overclock my cpu to 4.2ghz , but while i am playing a game , my NB and SB raise up to 62c and 63c , its safe for this temp?? because my room is hot without turning ac on

62c is kinda warm but nothing to worry about if your room is warm. id be worried if you had these temps at idle and with cool ambient. NB threshold is about 90c SB is near 110c

also sb and nb temps are little higher when they are connected in the same heat sink.

thanks but with little cool ambient , my idle for NB and SB temp are 55c and 56c , how's the temp for those??

that's about right. if you want invest in a few 60/80 mm fans should bring those temps down by 5 -10c with a re grease.
