About to order, need some advice

Thread Starter
Alright, I'm about 2-5 hours to order my new "stepdown rig".

I managed to get a EVGA P55 FTW with an I3 540.
I plan to overclock the CPU to 4.0Ghz.

I'm struck between a few choices of graphic cards.

I've always loved to have an asus mobo/asus GPU.
I though about going EVGA/EVGA but I do not like "reference cards".
They tend to be noisy and to run hotter than aftermarket coolers such as TFII and DCII.

Here are my choices :

MSI GTX 560 Ti Twin Frozr II OC 880Mhz VS
Asus GTX 560 Ti Direct CU II 830Mhz VS
EVGA GTX 560 Ti 850Mhz

Now, what I'm looking for :
Overclocking
Low Noise
Low Temps

My first choice was the EVGA because it would match the board.
But everything I'm looking for is aiming at TFII/DCII.
I've always choosen Asus, so I might try MSI for their awesome Twin Frozr.
As you can see, I can't choose and I'm looking for help.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks a lot !

( I just noticed there is a Twin Frorz and a twin Frozr II now I'm even more lost.)

If the noise bothers you then go evga, my new 460 @ 100% fan is about 60% fan noise on my 275 twin frozr.

Noise will always be a problem, so you are saying that Nvidia reference cooler is quieter than the Twin Frozr II ?
I thought it would have been the TFII that have been quieter than the ref cooler.

What % is your 460 so you don't hear it at all (or barely audible)
40-50-60 ?

note I also plan on overclocking every single Mhz possible

Twin Frozr has excellent cooling (I have the 570 Twin Frozr II), and it's really not that loud imho

Alright, it's 14$ more than the TFII but I just saw a benchmark.
My plan was to bring my 560 to 1ghz and it seems like it won't be hard at all since i'm only missing 50mhz lmao
It literally is as fast a gtx 570

I'm about to order Thanks all it's awesome

@ 60% fan on my 460 the case fans are louder, mine is not an EE version mine has the large fan in the center, also can swap thermal paste plus overclock and the cherry on top lifetime warranty.
