Asrock 890GX Extreme 4. I heard it was $127 at Superbiiz but none the less a solid board. It HS the black AM3b society so future upgrades will be plug and play and Bulldozer ready.

Gtx460 is a NVIDIA gpu, when you run multi nvidia gpu's its known as SLI(not crossfire),
when you run more than one AMD gpu then its known as CROSSFIRE.
If you have higher buget you can grab asus m4a89gtd pro,but remember that all amd chipset mobo supports crossfire(you can do sli with a sli hack but that voids the warranty of the mobo). So if you want to run SLI then grab a nvidia 980a/750a sli chipset mobo.
HOPE I HELPED YOU.

GTX 460 runs SLI, not CrossfireX. You can run SLI unofficially on 700 and 800 series chipset boards via a hack that often works, but that's about it. The new 900 series chipset boards that are additionally on the next gen AM3+ CPU socket (new AM3+ CPUs out by July), which will be due out in a week or two if you can wait, should natively support SLI. There should be a decent 990X board in the $120-140 range for you. If you absolutely can't wait and want something with decent CFX expandability, try the ASRock 870 Extreme3; only board I know with AM3+ expandability that should do 8x-8x Crossfire (which I'm not even sure of, the 870 usually does not support 8x-8x, but none of the other AM3+ boards out will run 8x-8x either).
