You pretty much download it online, though you'll have to search for it yourself.. it's very easy to find. You would burn it to a CD, then boot from it. There are various selections to pick from once you boot from it. You would just scroll though the "DOS Programs" menu until you find the CMOS/BIOS selection. In there are different tools you can try and use.
