Ok that's good to know, I might just stretch out and get the MKIV. how different are the MKIV and MKIVSE between each other?? I know the SE uses much higher quality tubes... but is it really worth the extra 100$ going to the special edition? This is my first tube amp so tube rolling experimenting will come later hehe

That is the coolest headphone amp I've ever seen. I want one bad. Where did you guys pick them up from?
I have a ASUS Xonar STX with a pair of AT ATH-AD900's and an AKG K702.
Will they work on Australian Plug 240V?

oh fudge it....I pulled the trigger and bought the Woo Audio 3 instead. I think the STX as a DAC will suffice for now...however I've got my sights set on the new DAC's coming out from Schiit this summer.

my poor aching wallet...
