Yep it started with driver recovered errors on the beta drivers then i went back to the previous whql (see first post) and it was still happening

I'll bet you a dollar it stops crashing.
already have been using it and have the fan set to 100% as soon as the card hits 40degrees - card has never hit higher than 50degrees at 100%load

Logical process of elimination....
1st set GPU, CPU, Ram, overclocks back to stock speeds and test for crashing
2ns pref try new system ram or download memtest86++ and test ram
3rd Scan for bad sectors
4th use something like ATI Tool (works with Nividia) and scan for GPU artefacts.
5th CPU stability test, a couple of instances of Prime or similar for a few hours.
This is all assuming Viruses and spyware has been scanned for.
1. Did this all stock - still same crash issues
2. Ram was working fine - before and it never goes above 40% use in games (according to my g15 performance meter)
3. done - still get crashes
4. done - dont get any at all
5. run super pi 32m and linx a couple times both times passes and done 3dmark vantage same results
My next option is a format and see how i go from there if im having the same problems im going to return the card and try again
