Grab a used 5770, 5750, or 4850. Also, drop the cpu to an Athlon II x3/x4 or a Phenom II x2. Theres no reason to have a quad core phenom with only a sub $150 gpu.

Is that going to replace your sig rig? Just wondering.

EDIT
If it is I would keep the 560 and try to unlock it. Most 560 will unlock. Then get some VRM cooler for the mobo to oc the cpu. Then spend the extra money on a little better video.

For a PSU, grab a Corsair/Antec/Seasonic 500W PSU. Those are all good brands and 500W should be plenty for that rig. CPU could be scaled back and more funds could be added to get a better GPU, as games today use more GPU power.

Don't like nVidia, you do know there drivers cramp everything to fit threw the streams to get it to work as good as they do right?

Ok. I would get another 560 or an Athlon II 640.
560 to unlock it or Athlon II if you need a quad and oc them. Remember to get some VRM cooler if you are planning to oc it.

Im on an Athlon II x4 right now, with 6gb of ddr3 ram, trust me it wont cut...
i need atleast a quadcore at 3.0ghz with L3 cache, the 6670 seems pretty good for me, runs mw2 at what i want, and even crysis 2... Just wondering if i should step on to the 6770 or 6850....

I actually don't recommend downgrading the CPU. The Phenom II X2 955 can be had for $120. That's a really good value and it would offer slightly better longevity than a Phenom II X2 or Athlon II X4 particularly when overclocked.

However, I do recommend getting something like the HD 5750/5770 ($100~120) or HD 5830 ($110) instead.
