fan controller

the storm scout comes with 3 fans that both have both 3 and 4 pin connectors. my question is can i use a fan controller and still be able to use the bottom on the case that lets you turn the led's on the fan on and off?

i would be getting this fan controller.

I would go for the NZXT fan controller, I was going to buy that one, but I decided to just use my one that was built in to my case.

plus 10 watts a channel with support for 6 fans should be good enough, unless you plan on hooking up 2-3 fans per channel.

My current case has something somewhat like that for my top fan.

The LED switch for my top fan is connected to a different wire than my 4-pin for the fan so it is plugged into two different things thus making it able to be used with different fan controllers.

Now I can say for sure if yours allows that, but I would be very surprised if they didn't put them on separates wires knowing people do use fan controllers.
