With freedom comes the ability to do harm to yourself. If you'd rather Steve Jobs hold your hand through life, by all means buy an Apple device; it's obvious you don't have the motivation to be a proactive user. But some of us enjoy having control of the devices we use, and that is the general market Linux/Android is targeted at IMO.

I know right? Tetris? Who the heck would give that a second look before downloading.

what exactly do these viruses do? Do they steal information or just brick your phone?

I really really do hate the usual Apple vs Android discussions... but seriously:

Apple - 1
Android - 0

It's your opinion, but do you care to elaborate?

Just browsed the list.

Frankly the names of the apps don't surprise me. Pretty much are named along the same lines as malware for PC.

Lost count how many of those apps had the word "sex" in them.

Serves the idiots right for downloading such garbage in the first place.

Meh... it is perfectly healthy. Not everyone has a significant other or in some cases wants to look at their significant other. XD
