thats 2nd most by a pretty big margin...plus its the latest and greatest...of course its going to get nailed by maleware

and as for the corporate/state tracking device...did you mean apple by any chance?...im sure they both do it...but at least to my knowledge android wasnt as blatantly obvious as apple was a month or so ago
