dude good build But why not wait another week and see what AMD does and if the 990 and new CPUs come out ??? Why the heck not???

Because AMD already said they wouldn't be out til August

There is nothing wrong with running ram at 1.65 on a p67 board. It wont damage or degrade anything. Although I would not recommend going any higher than 1.65. But Velathawen is right. Most ram can run under its spec'd voltage. Im running my ripjaws at 1.6 with absolutely no problems. Could probably even go as low as 1.5, depending on the overclock.

edit: also, that sabertooth is not all that great of a board for the money. I would go with the pro. Those people you mentioned who were having problems getting there overclock to post probably didnt entirely know what they were doing. I had a few problems like that when I first got my 2600k. Pretty much any new cpu/mobo will have problems posting when you first start overclocking. Its all trial and error.
