Infact wasn't there a school were the administration got in loads of trouble because they tapped into the webcams to find a missing laptop a while ago? Though they were looking into every laptop I think.
Yes, i think if im not mistaken it was also in Australia where the school supplied the laptops to the students and were spying on them to see if they were doing their homework and using the laptops for the designed purpose (school work) but because they could access at anytime.
