I agree, the OP asked and you gave your opinion. Some guys just like pretend they know it all. If he can afford a little more, a 650 or 750 watt would be better. He just wants to show something which happens in every forum I guess.

I will say to the OP, you may want to wait. Few weeks for a 970 or 990 chipset motherboard. The migration in the future to Bulldozer makes those boards a wiser choice.

componants come and go alot in a gamers rig - but get a good psu becuase if you do, it'll see ya right through many upgrades.
