I am not good with the short terms like EUP.

Green power thingy... eck. I might have overlooked something, what am I supposed to look at and where..

EDIT: I am currently running with these spec

Vcore1,34375 (1,328)
VTT1,27
PCH1,05
PLL1,8
vDimm1,66
Changed C3/C6 Support
Disabled the feature

I assume you wanted me to change PCH to auto again, using the old spec, almost.

same names on your bios..i did use gigabyte P55-UD4 but i haven't seen any Green power saving mode either EuP compliancy..those are the P55A boards and not so sure if you're safe to go..either way if you see one just turn it OFF..

Disabling C3/C6 Support did in the end not work either...

Vcore1,34375 (1,328)
VTT1,27
PCH1,05
PLL1,8
vDimm1,66
Changed C3/C6 Support
Disabled the feature
Error Linx (5:14)

I will try with 191x21, ..with Turbo Boost enabled .. last chance I guess

do report back..and lets try a lower clock..your chip might not be able to do a 4ghz with even a suicide setting..but i doubt it..

Forgot to add:

QPI Clock Ratio 32x
PCI Express Frequency 100 (On Auto it should be 100 as well)

Vcore1,34375 (1,328)
VTT1,27
PCH1,05
PLL1,8
vDimm1,66
Changed multiplier 21x
Changed BLCK to 191
Enabled Turbo Boost
Ram Freq changed to 1528

I will let you know with the outcome in few minutes..

And thank you for me taking your time and your help! really appreciate it!

EDIT: The test did not go any further than 5:29 min mark!! this chip is killing me

The most successful was

Vcore1,4 (1,376)
VTT1,31
PCH1,05
PLL1,8
vDimm1,66
Error Linx (38:7) 6 runs
Static sound occured
Temp 78

Just something to think about.. but as u said.. it will prolly kill itself alot sooner..

3.8ghz for a daily use would sound nice and cooler rather than having that chip toasted..1.4v for just 4ghz is tremendously hot..your cooler is very capable of going further and i find the Chip to be the only issue..plus the temps are bit scary for just aiming 4ghz..i do top out 62-65c on my 920 at 4ghz..it with Hyper threading ON with a TRUE 120..

try 19x200 try to play with vcore around 1.35v and VTT at 1.27v..if you can proceed to a much lower QPI link multiplier then its better..

What multiplier is recommened to tweak around with, either 19x200 or 21x191? I see the benefits of having 200blck which enables stock speed on ram modules though I guess it will be a more hassle than with a lower 191blckx21...

But I guess that is it for now. I will try do some more test and will return with any results.. hopefully good news!

Thank you alot!!! Great help and I learned a alot!

depends on the chip..for my chip..i can utilize both odd and even cpu multipliers..and you are CORRECT with the 200 bclock rather the 191..since you can fully utilize the max ram speed..but in your case it seems you have to try to find out whether the 191x21 setting yields better than the 200x20..

Glad that i was able to help..my night's kinda lonely and boring..thats why i end up here..
