Fortunately for me, most "hacktivist" are egotist so hacking me wouldn't be a worthwhile fodder to stroke their ego.

Besides, I don't have anything stored on my computer that they could use against me. CC, SSN, BD, Passwords, etc. There's nothing for them to hack, therefore I have nothing to fear.

are you seriously saying linux is a sony patented technology?
Are you familiar with the the issues here? The suit has nothing to do with Linux; that's not why Sony pursued them

Quite frankly, I'm somewhat glad I quit my job at Sony a few months ago.

It makes me feel better knowing it won't be a bunch of preteens who put me out of a job once Sony starts laying people off.

The funny part is people are still cheering for George. Why? I'm not too sure. Why give someone credit for being sued by Sony? Are you guys forgetting he never discovered anything and simply put someone else's work to use?

I wonder how much of this is fail on sony. I have a bad feeling that most businesses out there would suffer a cruel and similar fate if anon/lulz/random turned their attention onto them.

That said, I'm still flabbergasted that Sony didn't encrypt passwords. I'm but an intermediate programmer and even I use one-way encryption for passwords in the programs I write.

On the news they said twice. But they obviously didn't count the 2 local Sony sites and the 2nd time the main site got hacked.
