So then, by the time youc an buy a useful sized PCM drive, at a useful size ( 60gb+) you will be able to buy multiple 250gb SSD's for uber Raid set-ups

this is excellent though, will push NAND Flash to the extreme, and hopefully lower prices =P

..How does this remind you of DDR4? (DDR4 isn't expected to be much faster than DDR3, just uses lower voltages (much like DDR->DDR2, and DDR2->DDR3)) And no, DDR5 isn't "out there" but when it IS produced, we will see it in desktops soon after. Also, GDDR5 isn't DDR5. Different technology.
