Also, you might want to try disabling the power saving features in the BIOS too, that can sometimes cause problems.
I tried to disable the S1 and S3 settings in the BIOS but had no luck, could there be other power saving features that I could try disabling as well?

***EDIT***

Alright, so I've played with the BIOS settings a bit and disabled Internal PLL Overvoltage, so far this appears to have cleared up the problem. I'm going to let the comp sleep throughout the rest of the night to see if it possibly crashes on a deeper phase. Additionally, I've increased the multipliers by 45 for a 4.5ghz overclock and I managed to keep the temps and voltage values well within reason while running a stress test in prime95. Hopefully this clears up any further issues. *Crossing fingers*

C1E and Speedstep.

But yes, it is most likely a voltage issue. Tweak it a bit until you find the sweet spot. I'm not too familiar with SB overclocking, only have limited experience, but PLL and Vcore are the ones you need to change if memory serves.

Here's an update from my findings, I let the computer sleep overnight and it came up fine when I awoke the computer from sleep mode. Ran a prime95 stress test for two hours without any hiccups. Are there any potential issues I could run into by leaving PLL Overvoltage disabled? The computer seems to be more stable than ever from what I'm experiencing, especially considering that I bumped the multipliers up from 40 to 45.

No, I don't see why it would. If it works, it works.
