That and when I'm in the same room as somebody firing an assault rifle at them, I should not have to lead them. An M16 can fire bullets at over 1000m/s. And you're telling me that a sprinting human can move quickly enough that I would have to lead him at 10feet?
Oh, and I remembered this. At least I can understand this one from a game balance perspective, whereas the others are just mind-boggling. The 50cal machine gun is a piece of crap. A 50cal sniper rifle with magnum ammo at full range is lethal with a torso shot. But the 50cal mounted machine gun takes 10+ bullets to kill? If you really don't want people using heavy machine guns, don't put them in the game.
Well I just played a round of softcore, and I can tell you that the m95, even with magnum ammo, more often than not, does NOT drop someone --unless theyre already hurt.
Another thing I noticed, how utterly overpowered the m1911. 45 is. Its a damn pistol for christs sake, not a cannon. Yet you can kill someone in 3 bullets at a distance.
DICE and EA should have everyone on OCN beta test for them.
