You have to set "CPU & NB voltage mode" from MANUAL to OFFSET, and CnQ will work perfectly.
When will kick in your Vcore will drop @ 1.0xxV

Thanks for the help man, but if i set the volts back to offset, does that mean the cpu & cpu/nb volts will switch back to auto? as they're way too high as auto, @ stock (3.2) cpu was 1.4v, and the NB (2.0) was 1.25v, which is ridiculous voltages for those frequencies lol

No, you can adjust them manually, but its a little bit different.
Lets say your CPU voltage for stock clocks is 1.35V. If you need 1.40V you have to set it @ + 0.0500. If you need 1.3875V you have to set it @ +0.03875. same for CPU/NB voltage
