Suggestions??? i7 970 Overclock...

Here is my delima.....
I have been running stock on my gaming machine(sig rig) for quite some time and am looking to make this change...
Overall I know that my system is already fast but things are made to be overclocked right; especially my gaming machine...
Without money being an option...
My main question is... should I go out on a custom water cooling setup...
I am asking because this computer is in a fairly small room that does seem to heat up the ambient temps especially with my 42 inch LCD; which will change. Temps in the small room can get up to 85F or 30C...
I already hate this stock CPU cooler in performance mode as it sounds like a leaf blower so eventually I am looking into an aftermarket cooler...

So ambient room temps ~30C, and CPU loads are around 55C, and GPU load temps are 88/82C (top vs bottom card)....
I know these temps are good for everything being stock, but should I overclock just the CPU, or get a full custom watercooled setup?
Coolers I am looking into are either the Corsair H100 or Noctua D-14(or newer Noctua just posted at the computer show)...
Personally I would be happy with my CPU at 4GHZ and really don't think overclocking the GPU's will make that much of a difference... especially at $150 for each waterblock on each GPU...
What do you all think is best especially for a little room with high ambients?

P10730 & X3737 3dMark11 Score...

Air conditioner?

I backed my OC down due to realtively high ambients (which still play a part with watercooling) but nominally I was loading my 970 @ 60c. (with gpu's running 55-65c, depending on clocks and what program was running...usually full load at 60c)

Nothing like big water...it would help keeping that 580 sandwich cool.

yeah I might just buy an AC lol... and go for a 24 inch LED and keep the LCD just for movies... I know watercooling is the best cooling solution and is quiet, but how much a difference do overclocking the GPU's make? Like I said, everything on my machine is stock, so GPU's only run at 772MHZ...

If it's in a small room, that heats up easily, you should save up and get a good window A/C unit!
Thats what I did, cause my small room has that same problem.
I went through Home Depot, and had one delivered. It keeps my room at about 70F
Then I only run a Thermaltake VenomousX Black, on my 990X, and it runs as cool as can be, @ 4.02GHz

I'd go nuts if it was 85F in here, and I was trying to do something on my PC!!!
