Other than CEO, the Chinese is also the Creative Director of Razer USA. So that actually if you have a razer mouse, you are using the Chinese design product which is made in China.

Creative director does not mean designer. And even if it did, he doesn't live in China, so it wouldn't be Chinese designed tongue.gif. Plus it looks like he was born in Singapore, which isn't China either.

Yeah but all the highly paid engineers are Americans.

Everybody knows the Chinese can't do good design or code.

Check the backlit customizable graphics OLED keys on their new keyboard just introduced. Chinese clone keyboards don't have new techology, they just clone Filcos.

Creative Director of Razer USA is a Chinese and he is also the CEO, how can you say "Chinese can't do good design or code"?

Check out the recent DECADE university programming competition, USA hasn't won for at least 10 years, all champion recently are Chinese, Russian, European, but not American.

So If you come to China to work as a foreigner, then you become Chinese, that is funny:laugher:

See what the CEO of razer said:

We don't just have one design team - we have three design and engineering labs worldwide - California, Singapore and China

So at least 2/3 of the designers are Chinese, or even more than 80% since very likely comparing to Singapore and China only few employee in California.

Truth is Truth, don't lie.

Nah, the Chinese and Singapore outfits probably do the boring Industrial Engineering work.

Anyone who has used a Creative Labs product knows the engineers in Singapore can't do Software.

This is just like what people used to say "black cannot be president forever".

In china, they can get a 1800dpi abyssus in a special edition bundled with a "cyclosa" keyboard(non-mechanical blackwidow) for less than 20$!!

No wonder why razers build quality is so low

I am sorry, but this is one of the dumbest posts i have ever read. Every company sells there products cheaper in other countries. in Germany they sell BMW's for $15k brand new, does that mean we are getting ripped off, no. It costs alot in custom $9k.
