I second the move to try baking the card.
Google card baking guides, read a few of them, so you get the general idea.

note: Do NOT bump the pan/card after you bake it - seeing your components fly through the air is one of the most frustrating feelings ever!.


I suspect it will ressurect your card.

I'm not sure if there is a way to do this, but you need to have both pcb's laying on their back, so you need to somehow remove the top one and set them both on their back, so that when you bake it, the components on the board don't fall out.
