not sure about the powernow thing. are you ocing your fsb? or just straight multiplier? sometimes low level fsb overclocks will read as stock because the cpu is throttling to load. on my 955 it will say my freq is 3899-3920 (3920is my current oc) and it changes based on cpu load. also sometimes adding cpu/nb voltage will fix this as well as an update to cpuid. you may want to get yourself a copy of aida64 and throw up the oct panel and configure all the stuff you want to see... i.e cpu core cpu freq cpu multi fsb etc.etc..
