More than likely.

You might be thinking about one of the cheaper XSPC kits that are around $110 iirc. Those have a smaller radiator that won't be able to accomodate for a CPU + GPU loop.

Oh :/ maybe i should sell the h50 and wait and get a full loop later.

Sell the H50, save up, and buy all the parts yourself. No kit's, and it's kind of a good feeling knowing you went top of the line everything instead of using a bunch of medium-grade parts that came with a kit.

go full custom, sooner then better, and less money wasted. H50 is not build for heavy mods.

some of watercooling kits (xspc, alphacool, ek and maybe something else) are good things but ussualy one or two things needs to be replaced to achive full goal of WC loop. personaly i dont like the xspc kits due to the crap pump, but if you are not planning on doing big loop (cpu and gpu only) this should work fine.

Fans? I like cheap. Don't care about noise. Got you a fan controller anyways in case you're the whiny type.

Rad? I would have chose a Fesser but they didn't stock a 240mm.

*I forgot Biocide, clamps, and you will buy distilled water at your grocery store or something. You can pick up clamps at a Home Depot or Lowes.

**/Sigh, you have a mid-tower.
1. Get a full tower.
2. Find a way to mount that.
3. Get a double wide 120mm.

If you already have the H50, might as well go for mod for fun. If for performance or to save money, better to sell it and get a high quality air cooler.

I got mine at best buy for 43. I look at it like I got a cheap rad, pump, and block for 43. Not bad. Mine is probably getting modded for fun.

If he wants a cpu and gpu loop he'll have to mod and use an external rad, or buy a new case.

If he wants the best price to performance custom loop then buy one of the pumps a guy is selling in the for sale section, a swiftech mc320 same performance as some thick 120x3 rads but its half the cost, an xspc rasa cpu block which performs within 1c or so of the ek hf, swiftech micro res.

Basically it would perform better than that build and it would be about 80 bucks cheaper, If he gets these fans he wouldn't have to worry about a fan controler and they would offer better performance than the yate loons : http://www.frozencpu.com/products/12...ml?id=Ewf4uu35

That swiftech rad would support a video card too by the way.
