At what point do you need a 1000+ L/h pump?

Currently, I'm running a CPU block, a full cover GPU block, and a RX360. I'm thinking of adding another full cover GPU block and a RX240. I know the XSPC X20 pump is crap, but do I need to upgrade to a 1000+ L/h pump? I'd like this to be a single loop.

When you have 3+ GPU blocks plus a highly restrictive CPU block and more than 2 radiators.
