Voltages for 4 GHz CPU and 3 GHz NB

Thread Starter
Hey quick question. What kind of voltages do I need for the title situation? Right now voltages are:

Ref Clock: 250
CPU Multi: x16
NB Multi: x12
RAM: 1333 MHz (7-7-7-17)

CPU Voltage: 1.45v
CPU/NB Voltage: 1.3v
NB Voltage: 1.4v

Any tips for stability? Right now my comp locks up during p95 tests.

CPU: 1100T
MoBo: ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 (890 GX)

Thanks in advance!

Ram timings seem low, why not put them on default til you have a stable cpu, then lower them afterwards.

the stock timings are 7-7-7-21 i thought that 21 was a lille overkill so i lowered it

but ill reset it and try it again

CPU:NB leave to auto
NB should never go above 1.35v
Try play with a higher ratio and lower Bclk.

Also the HTLink should remain as close to 2000Mhz as possible to eliminate a point of instability for now.

Ram timings lower = better. So 7-7-7-17 is better than 7-7-7-21.

Clearly add more cpu/nb voltage. Safe up to 1.55v (same as cpu) but I try to keep it at 1.45v since I use my RAM a lot therefor the IMC is being quite stressed.

K done. Using 200 Bclk with 20x CPU testing now with 1.45 vCore and 1.45 CPU/NB

How are your temperatures? Look up the socket/CPU temperature rather than core temperatures, they are off by 7c-15c.

oh really? well socket is topping at 65C right now. Thats a little too much bu I'm never planning on having my CPU be at 100% except for stability tests. So is this ok I know the max is 62-63C
