heat wont melt it it would of been like that from production they cant/wont all be the same

Don't hold the cpu like that if its you.

They look nearly identical to me, its nickel over copper.

Let me shoot you some basic numbers and you decide if its melting.

Nickel melts at 1453°C

Copper melts at 1083 °C

melt, no. the edge of a 2600k is naturally a little more rounded compared to a i5 760.

That looks like milling to lower the edges. definitely not heat. Why are you concerned?

I have tried 3 different 2600ks, after one week use/OC, the shape changed from 1st picture style to 2nd, combination of heat and pressure caused that?
