Ocz Ram & asus CH iv problem

Hi ,

i have ocz ram with my asus CH Iv F
but i have crash , i test with memtest86 i have to much error

these is Ram


my be from the Ram frequency & timing of the ram

the default setting in the web site is: 1600MHz 7-7-7-28

and in Bios show me: 1333MHz 9-9-9-24-5-5-28-10-4

did i need change with new Ram or i can fix it ?

Dude you have to go in the BIOS and set the frequencies and latencies manually.

i make these setting:

DRAM: 1600MHz

i go to DRAM Timing configuration:
i change these follwing:
in the DRAM 1st Information:7-7-7-28-6-33-12-5
the DRAM 2st Inforation i Don't change anyting

in the DRAM Voltage: i make it 1.9v

but still have error !!

Just to make sure set the Dram 2st as well if it doesn't help RMA or replace them.

You just need to set the speed, timings and voltage to what they are rated for in the BIOS. Make sure everything is correct. You may have to increase the CPU-NB voltage a few notches to be able to handle the increased speed.

if you have a MEMOK button, like i do, hit it, on startup, worked fine after, but yeah, otherwise, follow the settings on the box! good luck!
