You still never told me where it's plugged in lol.

If it's plugged directly into the power supply it should be running 100%. If it's not it's a problem with your fan or your power supply, and I don't think it's the latter.

Baah, nothing is powered to psu. So, fan is connected to motherboard 4pin connector, and pump is connected to 3pin connector on motherboard. Hope I cleared out things xD.

As for now its idleing at 36C both, at 800 rmp.

Power the pump on the PSU so that it gets full power

so its normal to be idle at 44-45 and BC2 full load at 60-65? I ve got an H60 yesterday and my i950 @ 4Ghz goes as described above....I am lousy at thermal paste, ordered arctic clean and mx4 to make it better....

I have an H60 on a Sandy Bridge 2600k. It idles @ 31C, under most heavy loads it will run in the Mid 60's to Mid 70's. Looping IntelBurnTest V2 it will get into the Mid to upper 80's. Core 2 and Core 4 tend to run a touch hotter on my setup. These temps are @ 4.7GHz, a little cooler @ 4.3GHz but not much more. I've been concerned to if that's to warm, but in everyday use or gaming it has barely topped 60C, only bench marking runs it warmer.
