Did I Order the Wrong Ram?

Thread Starter
OK I bought a 2600k a while back. I placed an order with newegg this morning. I ordered a AsusP8Z68-v pro mb & Memory (G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM) I liked the blue color better so i went with them. I asked in another thread about memory, I am not savy on oc yet & hope i took the advice correctly. The ram I ordered is 8-8-8-24 1.5v now reading some other threads i dont know if i screwed up ordering this or not? I just want to be able to over clock some in the future. Should i have ordered 9-9-9-24 instead? Link to what i ordered >>> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-445-_-Product

Ram timings shouldn't matter unless you intend on oc the memory. SB oc usually is done strictly through the multiplier which doesn't have anything to do with the ram.
