First of all, you can add your PC specs here.

Second, software will never show an accurate reading on voltages. CPU-Z reports i use 1.35v in my vcore at times when my vcore is not even 1.3v, and LLC won't shoot that much.

LLC avoids the processor running out of fuel when switching from idle state to full load, like loading a game from the desktop. I'd recomemnd you read this article, it explains in detail what is Vdroop and LLC.

Higher temps are because of a higher vcore. higher voltage = higher temps. As i told you before, a temporary small peak in vcore (LLC) won't give you a temp increase as increasing the Vcore will.
