Problems with Desire S

Im having this problem with my new HTC Desire S. My screen is not sitting correctly (not that you notice it that much), but it doesnt sit entirely as it should.

Also, when i choose pictures for my contacts, they start out with being sharp, but then turn sloppy, pixelated. Basicly, my contact photos go from good to bad, the 2nd time i try to call the person.

Now shouldnt i be able to switch phones, at the place where i bought it, considering the phone it self is less than 14 days old. I bought it in a scandinavian telephone/internet/broadband company called "Telia". Any scandinavian fellar out there must know what it is.

Anyways shouldnt i be able to get a new phone?

1. What do you mean by not sitting correctly? Is it wobbling around inside the phone? If thats what you mean it definitely needs to get replaced.
2. Software issue, just wait for an update from HTC/your carrier or hack it(not as scary as it sounds haha).
3. They will have to switch it for a new one if its faulty in some way shape or form, switching to another phone though... they may do it once if their feeling nice.

The screen is not sitting correctly, in this way:
There is more space from the plastic to the screen in the left side then there is in the right. (in the right side it sits tight, but in the left, there is some space).
The screen is a placed a bit higher in the left side as well, than it is in the right.
Basicly, its not placed straight n' smooth.

And when i said switching phones i also just ment to say replace.
