The 7600 GT will work. It is slightly better than on-board video that comes with most motherboards. I want USB 3 also.

Everything else about your system sounds great. But if you are not planning on overclocking I don't see the point in the i7 2600K, the i7 2600 is fine.

I plan on clocking eventually but not till i get a better case & cooler set up and more newer components. Heck after being on this Pent D the new rig will seem like a speed demon. I know setting at my wifes core2quad is like night & day as it is now.
