Either of these. You will want higher watts if you are going to overclock or run a bunch of other junk in the system (sound cards, RAID, etc).

Yeah, you'd be correct in that. Just looked it up. Doesn't look too great.

If you're not planning on SLI in the future, the Antec EA-500D will be perfect for your needs. If you're planning on upgrading to a dual-GPU setup later, I'd recommend the Corsair TX650 v2. Both of these are great PSUs that will last you a good long while.

Just a note, it would be helpful for you to fill out your system information in the User CP for these kinds of questions, just because your other components will also draw power. I'm assuming you don't have anything too crazy going on in your system, but for future questions, it's always nice to be able to see your whole system.

Seasonic, Antec, and Corsair are all great brands. Just make sure to read the reviews for them to avoid a lemon.

np. don't just look into the brands and get the latest ones. they have new tech and will be generally better with the older models

yea, lol i'll get round to that eventually. only other thing i've got going on really is a 1055t oc to 3.5ghz, so not really very demanding.

I've seen that antec push 700+ watts. I believe the best part about the rail config is, 1 for the molex connectors, and the 2nd is for the video cards. Easy and efficient

with years of experience with computers i've come to the conclusion that computers don't consume as much power as most of us think. I remember using a phenom II 945 + HD4870 on a very old 400w PSU(even the brand is bad) and I was even able to OC it and use it for a year. seeing the cards of today are very efficient and also the cpu's I wouldn't worry about getting more than 600w PSU IF you're not gonna do multi card configurations

I don't know why these questions never find their way to the PSU section. Here is the list of recommended PSUs that you are looking for.
