Wanted to try OC

Hi.

So first off, my specs.

-AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 635 Processor 2.91GHz
-ASUS M4A785-M AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 785G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
-ADATA 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model AD2U800B2G5-DRH
-2 Seagate Barracuda 320gb HDD
-ZALMAN CNPS5X SZ 92mm Hydraulic CPU Cooler Compatible with Intel Sandy Bridge
-Rosewill RP600V2-S-SL 600W ATX12V v2.01 SLI Ready Power Supply
-Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5750 1GB
-Windows XP 32

I play some games on this computer.
I.E: League of Legends, Call of Duty, Team Fortress 2

Long story short, I wanted to see how far I can take this thing. I know its not much, but I've had this thing for over 3-4 years(At first it was a stock COMPAQ computer, but slowly I upgraded and everything go replaced at one point or another)

How much could I OC while keeping a stable temp?

Money isn't too much of an issue, but I'm actually pretty happy with what I have at the current moment, so unless its a necessity(perhaps more fans haha) I won't really consider it too deeply.

Thanks.

P.S: My graphics is this one:

Is it possible to crossfire with this one?:

From my memory athlon's typically OC to around 3.6ghz max (averages between 3.2 and 3.5), more if you're lucky but it is unlikely. U will need to tweak voltage for this, you're cpu cooling isnt bad but also isnt the best however it should do for a modest OC on an athlon. Also you can CF both those cards. P.S For ur cpu try keep temperatures under 65oC ish however i thnk 71oC is the very max.

Thanks for the info.

I've come across a problem recently.

Every so often I take apart the computer and clean it.
After cleaning and putting everything back together, I come across an issue of the monitor not getting input.

I pretty much have to reseat everything several times before my monitor recieves input from either the motherboard or graphics card.

Where is the issue coming from and how can I fix it?

Also, I did this yesterday and now all my fans seem to be running at full blast. Tried checking bios for any fan settings(cool n quiet) but to no avail.

I need to put some VRM coolers on your mobo, because you need to keep the VRM cool or bye bye mobo. When you are ocing on that mobo, because you are ocing on a non-heatsinked 4+1 phase power VRM.
