Thats something to think about, was wondering about this. Because I had read several places that these mem sticks needed 1.65 volts.

Ill try 1.6v to see if it stabilizes it.

Right now got upto 4.6 at 1.35 volts. But anything above that and it BSODS.

Some chips just flat out require more voltage as well. You may just be like me and have a dud chip. My 2600k requires 1.35v @ 4.5 and 1.39v @ 4.6 otherwise BSOD eventually. I finally settled at 45x103 for 4.635ghz OC @ 1.39v.

That's a very safe voltage, I would stick with that personally if it's stable. Everyone has their own beliefs but 1.35v or under is considered extremely safe and 1.4v and under is considered relatively safe I would say. I wouldn't push over 1.4v for a 24/7 overclock but that's just me. Good luck!

I see alot of people doing over 1.4v, I dunno. I want a 5ghz OC but dont want to ruin my chip.
