directCUII fan replacement

Thread Starter
hey guys, did someone tried to changer directCUII fans?
I have 570 directCUII which is pretty nice and good cooler, but I was playing with idea to swap the fans for 3x92mm fans - maybe scythe GT 1700RPM
but I dont know if I would run them on 1200-1400RPM if I would get better results than with 2x10cm fans on asus.

I wouldn't. The DCUII cooler is good as it is.
It will also void your warranty if you change it.
If it aint broke, don't fix it. <- experience.
Also, note that the DCUII is non-reference PCB. Therefore, fitting an aftermarket cooler is near impossible.
